A key component in determining the license fee is the number of Configuration Items (CIs) you want to manage with easyCMDB. The following document can assist you to calculate the number of CIs you require.

The number of Change and Incidents records are unlimited and are not included in the license count.
To obtain a quote please register and provide the approximate number of CI's you wish to manage to the nearest 500.
easyCMDB enables you to partition your data with either separate databases or separate companies within a single database. Each separate installation of easyCMDB requires a separate license.
When you buy easyCMDB you pay a one-time license fee and an annual support and maintenance fee.
