Method 1: Via online help. This is our preferred method. By clicking on the Help link in the top-right hand corner of most easyCMDB screens, you can access the Make Request link. This provides a pre-populated form that you can use to submit a request directly into our fault database.
Method 2: Via e-mail. Simply e-mail your request according to your geographic location as follows:

Method 3: Via telephone. Call your local reseller or us directly.
