Update 20100809 =============== -- Enhancements * NEW RAG status (Red/Amber/Green) icon displayed next to incident numbers on key screens, to indicate SLA target status. Green means within SLA, Amber means past response target but within resolution target, and red means past resolution target. Hollow circle means incident still open, solid circle means it has been closed. * NEW "Display RAG Status" option under Tools & Utils > Incidents tab allows RAG status display to be switched off. (Default ON) * Incident Template SLA Option may now be set to "Auto", "One" or "List". Auto means system will automatically find best SLA, "One" means a specific SLA (specified by Template) will be used, and "List" provides a drop-down list for user to select from. * NEW "Change Review Method" added to System Settings > Changes tab. Options are "All", "Majority" or specific number of reviewers. This option controls how many people must review an RFC before it changes to status "Reviewed" and progresses to approval. Network ID field in CSV import can also be specified in CIDR format to auto-populate above fields during data import. * Linking two Device interfaces together will now automatically change the status of those interfaces to "In use" * Device interface fields are now customizable via the Database Schema Menu > CI Field Definition and CI Subtype Field Selection functions. * Device Interfaces can now be included on the menu and be queried separately, including CSV export, Bulk Update & Summary report. * NEW People Name Format field under System Settings > General control how People names should be displayed. If user does not have at least one option for a given CI type (e.g. 'networks'), they will be denied access to any search or edit screens related to that CI type.
